Overview

We are searching for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Facilities team. While this role is based around our Prague hub, the position itself is part of a fully remote, worldwide opportunity giving you the freedom to thrive from wherever you are. This is far from your average facilities job. You will act as a true business partner owning the day-to-day office experience for our team members. Your mission is to spot potential hiccups before they happen, keep operations flowing smoothly, and ensure our workplace is somewhere people love being.

Key Responsibilities

Drive daily operational excellence to ensure our Prague office remains a safe, functional, and deeply inspiring place for everyone.
Manage reception activities seamlessly including taking care of incoming mail, organizing deliveries, and handling postal services.
Partner closely with internal teams to anticipate facility needs and roll out creative solutions.
Foster a vibrant office culture by coordinating local events and maintaining a welcoming environment.
