Are you ready to be at the heart of an organization dedicated to transforming healthcare? Centene Corporation is seeking a dedicated Workforce Scheduling Analyst II to join our fully remote team. This vital role supports our extensive network of 28 million members by ensuring our contact center operations run seamlessly. You'll be instrumental in developing intelligent scheduling plans and resource allocations that directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Workload: Dive deep into the contact center's workload data to understand demand and operational needs.
Optimize Scheduling: Craft and refine resourcing and scheduling plans that meet ambitious business objectives and goals.
Develop Staffing: Create efficient staffing schedules, maximizing resource utilization to meet customer demand effectively.
Evaluate Patterns: Examine and assess contact center patterns, including call volumes, emerging trends, and overall productivity metrics.
Identify Deviations: Pinpoint unexpected absences, deviations from established schedules, and other operational variances, proposing solutions.
Recommend Improvements: Analyze complex scheduling information to develop robust staffing recommendations.

Requirements

Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
Work Environment: This is a 100% remote position.
Schedule: Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule within operating hours of Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
Analytical Skills: Proven capability to analyze complex scheduling information and develop sound staffing recommendations.
