As a Workforce & Finance Data Analyst within our dynamic Workforce Planning & People Operations team, you will serve as a key analytical engine, connecting the dots between our human capital and financial performance. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and productivity.
Analyze financial data related to workforce costs, compensation, benefits, and operational expenditures, identifying trends and variances.
Collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance, and other business units to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Forecast future workforce needs and financial implications based on historical data and strategic business plans.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data-driven recommendations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and data sources.
Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, specifically working with workforce, HR, or financial data.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Expert-level skills in spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data modeling and analysis.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create compelling visualizations.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) data structures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying data insights and driving continuous improvement.
