Overview

We are searching for a technical leader who can architect, deploy, and maintain robust workflow engines in production environments. You will steer our core provisioning pipelines, handle massive telecom data structures, and ensure absolute reliability when things go sideways. This is a hands-on technical role where you code, design, mentor, and build resilient systems that power our global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and configure Temporal, Camunda, or a similar workflow engine on Kubernetes for production environments.
Design SIM activation workflows encompassing activities for HSS, OCS, PCRF, and inventory updates.
Implement SIM deactivation workflows complete with compensation and robust rollback logic.
Build plan change workflows that handle OCS quota updates and PCRF policy modifications.
Architect an inventory management database schema capable of handling ICCID, IMSI, and MSISDN data at a scale exceeding thirty million records.
Define smart workflow versioning strategies to guarantee long-term system stability.
Lead another developer through daily development tasks and thorough code reviews right from your first week.
Manage order-triggered workflows by connecting our order database to workflow signal handlers.
Handle network triggers like location updates through workflow signals passing via the Kong API Gateway.
Configure precise retry policies, dead-letter handling, and alerting mechanisms for every workflow type.
Manage Temporal production clusters and set up horizontal pod autoscaling.
Drive end-to-end integration testing, execute load tests, and author clear operational runbooks.
Provide post go-live hypercare and continuously improve our provisioning pipelines.

Requirements

Four to six years of solid backend software development experience.
Hands-on professional experience with a modern workflow orchestration tool.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes and distributed system reliability.
Strong background in database design for high-volume enterprise applications.
