Key Responsibilities

Design and author detailed, multi-step task scenarios that reflect authentic software engineering activities like pull request management, issue triage, merge conflict resolution, and CI configuration updates using GitHub.
Execute and document each workflow in real time within actual tools, capturing every step, rationale, edge case, and decision point to ensure comprehensive and accurate records.
Integrate supplemental collaboration tools where appropriate such as Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Snowflake to create end-to-end scenarios mirroring real engineering processes.
Produce clear and structured documentation that helps AI systems understand the nuances of human technical problem solving.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in software engineering who possess deep familiarity with modern developer tools, version control systems, and collaborative workplace software. Strong written communication skills are essential to capture detailed reasoning behind technical decisions.
