You will guide clients across diverse industries through complex Workday implementations, translating their unique business needs into seamless technical solutions. More than just writing code or building connectors, you will shape the future of our integration practice by mentoring newer consultants and bringing fresh ideas to the table every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Workday integrations workstream directly with clients from project kickoff through successful deployment.
Design, build, test, and deploy custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Report Writer.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Mentor junior consultants, helping them grow their technical expertise and consulting skills.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants to ensure data flows smoothly across all Workday modules.
Solve complex technical hurdles creatively while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience implementing Workday Integrations across multiple enterprise projects.
Current Workday Integrations certification.
Strong background in building custom integrations utilizing Workday Studio and other native tools.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to guide clients and build lasting relationships.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
