Overview

As a key member of our Technology Group Applications team, your mission will be to support and continuously enhance our Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning (FP&A) solutions. This is a hands-on position requiring a deep understanding of finance processes combined with technical system acumen. You will work closely with our global finance stakeholders, ensuring our critical financial applications run smoothly, support strategic decision-making, and are always optimized for performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning inquiries, offering expert day-to-day support through our ServiceNow platform.
Proactively manage ongoing system administration tasks, including configuration, security protocols, integrations, and maintaining superior data quality.
Swiftly resolve system incidents, while also diligently identifying underlying causes and implementing smarter design solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Continuously review and refine finance business processes, championing simplicity, standardization, and automation wherever possible.
Design, develop, and meticulously maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions using Workday Report Writer to provide actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities, proposing and implementing enhancements that deliver tangible business value.
Collaborate closely with finance teams to understand their evolving needs and translate those into effective system solutions.
Participate in system upgrade cycles, testing new features, and ensuring a smooth transition for users.
Contribute to project work related to new module implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a Workday Financials Analyst, specifically with a strong focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) solutions like Adaptive Planning.
Robust technical accounting expertise is absolutely essential for this role.
Proven ability to manage Workday system administration, including configuration, security, integrations, and data management.
Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using Workday Report Writer.
A solid understanding of finance business processes and an ability to identify areas for improvement and automation.
