Key Responsibilities

This impactful position calls for a professional who will operate as a true Workday Adaptive expert, someone deeply knowledgeable across design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases. You will ensure adherence to company policies and best practices, guiding others effectively. Expect to drive key decisions and provide tactical direction for project workstreams. You will also lead, mentor, and provide oversight for other Consultants within your project teams. Being a Subject Matter Expert in the critical area of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is essential. You will guide clients through engaging design sessions, helping them make informed configuration choices based on industry best practices and their specific business requirements within FP&A. Finally, expect to maintain consistent engagement with clients throughout all project stages, facilitating a seamless transfer from their existing systems to the Workday Adaptive solution.
