We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Retention Specialist to join our Western Region Weekend Team. Plus, this is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones of the United States. You will tackle a permanent Saturday through Wednesday schedule, meaning weekend warriors will feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

You will dive headfirst into helping strengthen Yelp revenue retention by delivering prompt and exceptional customer support. Your daily routine keeps you logged into an inbound queue ready to consult and guide our existing small business advertisers post sale. You will listen to client needs, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate the ongoing value of partnering with Yelp. Every single interaction is a chance to turn a hesitant advertiser into a lifelong brand advocate.

Requirements

You do not need to check every single box to apply because we value great people over rigid checklists. However, you do need to reside in the Western region of the United States covering Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. A passion for small business success and a strong drive for sales and retention are absolute musts. You must also be completely comfortable working a permanent Saturday through Wednesday schedule where weekend hours run from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST and weekday hours run from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone.
