The Opportunity: Well Testing Manager

As our Well Testing Manager, you will be at the forefront of critical operations, playing a central role in optimizing well performance and ensuring operational excellence. This position demands a leader who can not only manage complex well testing projects but also inspire and guide a team towards achieving superior results. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality across all well testing activities, contributing directly to the success and sustainability of our energy projects.

Key Responsibilities (Will Include):

Overseeing and managing all aspects of well testing operations from planning to execution.
Ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective deployment and utilization of well testing equipment.
Leading and mentoring a team of well testing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance well performance and data quality.
Troubleshooting operational challenges and making critical decisions to ensure project continuity.
Ensuring compliance with all industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Specifically, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in Oil & Gas Well Testing, with at least 5 years spent in a dedicated leadership or managerial role.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated strong expertise in all facets of well testing operations, including equipment management, data acquisition, analysis, and project execution.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively, coupled with exceptional client management and problem-solving capabilities.
Certifications (Advantage): Possession of offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET will be considered a significant advantage.
