Role Overview
The Electrician Maintenance - Technician plays a critical role in guaranteeing the smooth, continuous, and safe operation of the company's beverage manufacturing plant. You will be directly responsible for overseeing complex electrical infrastructure and equipment across production lines. From installation and commissioning to proactive maintenance and fast-paced emergency repair, your technical oversight will directly support operational efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Lead and execute the setup, wiring, testing, and commissioning of modern electrical equipment and machinery across beverage production lines.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and execute routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency of industrial electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical faults, automated systems, control panels, and machinery components.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to national electrical standards, safety codes, and operational regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Operational Stability: Work collaboratively with the production team to swiftly resolve electrical disruptions and maintain uninterrupted manufacturing workflow.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
- Experience: Must possess more than five (5) years of verifiable, hands-on work experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beverage industry.
- Technical Mastery: Solid technical skills in reading electrical schematics, operating advanced diagnostic tools, and executing complex electrical installations.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proven capacity to independently carry out fault isolation, emergency troubleshooting, and system repairs under high-demand operational conditions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with relevant safety codes, industrial electrical standards, and standard operating procedures.
