We are searching for a Water Program Manager to step in and guide cross-functional efforts for our expanding global water portfolio. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, giving you the flexibility to make a massive impact from wherever you call home. You will shape our approach during pre-development, construction, and operational phases while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Expect to travel occasionally to our data center sites so you can connect with local teams and navigate agency meetings face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external water stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Sustainability, Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
Monitor and support internal tool development designed to guarantee strict water and wastewater compliance.
Oversee regulatory compliance across our expanding global data center fleet.
Drive cross-team coordination to ensure our infrastructure meets rigorous industry standards for efficiency, uptime, and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

A proven track record in water resource management, program management, or environmental compliance within large-scale industrial settings.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business teams.
Deep familiarity with water and wastewater regulations, compliance tracking, and sustainable infrastructure practices.
Exceptional communication skills and the willingness to travel globally to visit data center sites and stakeholder meetings as needed.
