Opportunity: Warehouse Manager (Raw & Packaging Materials – RMPM) at Ascentech Services Limited

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) department for one of our key clients operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector.

The Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will serve as a critical link in the supply chain. You will be responsible for the strategic planning of warehouse layouts, the optimization of storage capacity, and the seamless coordination of material flow. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a professional capable of managing large-scale inventory operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize warehouse storage layout and maximize space utilization for raw and packaging materials.
Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations and ensure strict inventory accuracy.
Supervise company-owned fleet operations and maintain warehouse facility equipment.
Generate and present comprehensive inventory and warehouse performance reports to management.
Enforce compliance with safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of discipline and productivity.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure zero downtime in production cycles.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you must be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Warehousing, Purchasing & Supply, Economics, Statistics, or a related Social Science discipline.
Experience: 7 – 12 years of total warehouse experience, with at least 5 years serving in a senior managerial capacity.
Industry Background: Significant experience in an FMCG environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is mandatory.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional analytical abilities, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and attention to detail.
