We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

As the Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor, you will play a critical role in optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring rigorous inventory control, and managing material flow to support our operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of supply chain processes within a growth-oriented oil and gas organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular audits and rigorous control procedures.
Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movements and generate performance reports.
Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to ensure safety, organization, and efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse personnel to meet daily operational targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven experience working with ERP software.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
