This pivotal VP role offers a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for a strategic leader to spearhead the delivery of our cutting edge solutions and solidify our AI powered implementation as a key differentiator. You will directly own the client journey from onboarding to full activation, whether managed by our internal team or through our certified System Integration partners. You will also be instrumental in developing the team that integrates autonomous AI capabilities into our services.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the overarching strategy for professional services, ensuring AI powered implementation becomes a core competitive advantage for Litify.
Oversee the entire customer onboarding and implementation lifecycle, guaranteeing successful go live for every new client.
Develop and scale a high performing professional services team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and client centricity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with certified System Integration (SI) partners, managing their performance and ensuring consistent delivery quality.
Drive the integration of autonomous AI capabilities into our service offerings, enhancing efficiency and value for clients.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to provide vital client feedback and ensure our service roadmap aligns with market needs.
Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics, implementing continuous improvements to optimize processes, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, resources, and forecasts for the professional services department, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Act as a senior escalation point for client issues, resolving complex challenges with strategic solutions.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in professional services or client facing consulting roles within the enterprise software sector, with a significant portion in a VP or similar senior leadership capacity.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high performing global professional services teams.
Deep understanding of the legal technology landscape and the operational needs of law firms and corporate legal departments.
Demonstrable experience with AI powered solutions and a vision for how AI can transform service delivery and client outcomes.
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting within a services organization.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker with a hands on approach, able to define vision and also dive into operational details.
Experience managing and growing a partner ecosystem, specifically System Integrators.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic startup environment and contribute to its growth and evolution.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
