Staff Product Manager

Staff Product Manager

Overview

Imagine joining a company where your primary mission is pure customer delight, where frustration gets banished and joy takes its place. That’s exactly what we’re building at Ashby, and as our new Staff Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this endeavor. I’m Geo, Ashby’s VP of Product, and I’m actively looking for passionate Product Managers to join my team, reporting directly to me. We take a refreshingly unique approach to crafting products, one that empowers our engineers with deep customer and business understanding, allowing them to truly own the solutions from start to finish. This means less time bogged down in dense specs for you, and more valuable time engaging with customers and diving into profound product thinking. Our method truly works; we're growing at over 100% year over year and proudly serve incredible companies like Notion, Linear, OpenAI, Shopify, and Snowflake. We're on a mission to deliver all-in-one, best-in-class software for Talent teams, blending customizability with power-user features while keeping things wonderfully easy. Are you ready to help us shape the future of recruiting technology?

Ashby is redefining the landscape for Talent teams globally, and we are searching for an exceptional Staff Product Manager to join our fully remote, worldwide team. This is a pivotal role where you will directly contribute to our mission of creating software that eliminates customer frustration and consistently delivers delight. We empower our engineers with a deep understanding of customer needs and business problems, giving them full ownership of solutions. This unique, low-overhead approach allows our Product Managers to focus intensely on customer engagement and strategic product thinking, rather than extensive documentation. Our innovative product philosophy is driving significant success. We boast over 100% year-over-year growth and our platform is trusted by industry leaders such as Notion, Linear, OpenAI, Shopify, and Snowflake. Our growth and retention metrics are truly best in class. We are proud to be backed by influential investors including Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom.

From day one, our ambition has been clear: build comprehensive, best-in-class software for Talent teams. We have established a multi-product foundation from the start, prioritizing both powerful customizability and an intuitive user experience. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in realizing this vision, shaping products that are both powerful and incredibly user-friendly.
