Overview

Working within the Professional and Continuing Education division, you will help administer and organize dynamic course catalogs. Your core daily work revolves around Destiny One, an enterprise software platform that powers non-degree, professional, and continuing education programs across the university. You will handle course setups, verify course information accuracy, and make sure that academic departments have the back-end support they need for seamless student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily focus will involve several vital operational duties

Create, configure, and update course sections, schedules, and fee structures inside Destiny One.
Audit course data routinely to guarantee that course descriptions, dates, and instructor details match official academic plans.
Collaborate across units with academic coordinators, faculty members, and marketing specialists to prepare new offerings for launch.
Troubleshoot course setup snags and resolve catalog discrepancies quickly to prevent enrollment disruptions.
Suggest workflow enhancements that streamline administrative procedures across our online learning ecosystem.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who bring a blend of technical adaptability and organizational strength

Prior background working with enterprise software, student information systems, or educational databases, with Destiny One familiarity being a great plus.
Exceptional organizational habits and a keen eye for finding small errors within large spreadsheets and database records.
Strong written communication skills suited for a distributed, digital team environment.
Comfort working independently across time zones while managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
