Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute the comprehensive enterprise change communications strategy that ties directly to our core business priorities.
Act as the primary senior communications advisor to top executive leadership and our dedicated Transformation Office.
Lead high-stakes communication campaigns for major organizational shifts, mergers, acquisitions, and business integration efforts.
Oversee the creation of sharp executive messaging, leadership updates, and targeted change management campaigns.
Set the gold standard for communication governance, establishing best practices across the entire enterprise.
Collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional business leaders to ensure every team feels aligned and supported during times of transition.
Build robust measurement frameworks to track communication effectiveness, reach, and adoption rates.

Requirements

Extensive executive-level experience leading complex change and transformation communications within large, matrixed corporate environments.
Demonstrated success advising C-suite executives and partnering with transformation or PMO offices.
Deep mastery of organizational change management principles and how communication drives employee adoption.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with an uncanny ability to simplify technical or corporate jargon.
Proven track record of building and scaling measurement frameworks to evaluate communication impact.
