Overview

As our new Vice President of Commercial, you will serve as the chief architect of our global commercial roadmap within the West Vantage Operating Unit. You will drive revenue expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and align our market approach with our overarching mission to improve patient lives worldwide. Because this is a remote position, you will champion a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration across diverse international time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the comprehensive global commercial strategy for the West Vantage Operating Unit.
Lead and mentor global sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Identify emerging market opportunities and spearhead the launch of innovative product offerings.
Build and nurture robust relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Requirements

Demonstrated executive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
A proven track record of designing and scaling successful global commercial strategies.
