Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Direct the VM and styling team while collaborating with cross-functional departments, including E-commerce, Marketing, and Product Development, to achieve business objectives.
Creative Planning: Lead the seasonal styling process, from developing mood boards to managing photoshoots and coordinating campaigns.
Training & Development: Empower store teams through expert training on product knowledge, styling techniques, and upselling strategies.
Visual Excellence: Oversee the execution of window displays, in-store product arrangement, and mannequin styling to ensure brand consistency and maximum conversion.
Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of global fashion and lifestyle trends to inform future merchandising strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Who We Are Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
6-7 years of extensive experience in visual merchandising or fashion retail management.
