Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual narratives that showcase property developments, agricultural projects, and marketing campaigns. You will transform raw event, property, and corporate footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for maximum audience reach across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging, high-performing videos tailored for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Transform raw footage from site visits, property walkthroughs, and company events into clean, professional visual content.
- Create immersive property showcases, high-impact promotional videos, and dynamic digital marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate audio, sound effects, captions, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance overall video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with modern real estate media trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Video Editor in real estate, media production, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and trends suitable for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative video editing skills and storytelling ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
