Key Responsibilities

Drive the acquisition and onboarding of new VIP clients and institutional accounts across the MENA region.
Cultivate and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, hedge funds, family offices, and proprietary trading firms.
Collaborate closely with internal product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure institutional clients receive tailored digital asset solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor movements within the MENA crypto landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
Represent Binance at elite industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings globally.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in institutional sales, business development, or account management within finance or crypto.
Deep understanding of the MENA financial markets and existing networks among institutional investors or family offices in the region.
Comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency products, spot and derivatives trading, and digital asset custody solutions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized, and fully remote work environment.
