Overview of the Opportunity

Mercor, headquartered in San Francisco, bridges the gap between top-tier creative and technical professionals and leading AI research labs. We are actively seeking a Vietnamese Music Expert and Lyricist for a critical contract role. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity offers a compensation of $18 per hour, with a commitment of 20 or more hours weekly for up to six months. You will play a vital part in enhancing AI's understanding and generation of music and lyrics.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres. Rate it against detailed quality standards in both Vietnamese and English.
Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities.
Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
Evaluate whether lyrics sound natural, including word choice, slang, and regional expressions.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess several key qualifications. You must have native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese, enabling you to grasp the subtle complexities of the language. It's also essential to demonstrate the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English with precision.
