The Role

As our full-time, on-site Video Editor, you will be at the heart of our visual communication strategy. You will be responsible for planning, editing, and assembling high-quality video content that showcases our residential and commercial portfolios. From breathtaking property tours to engaging brand stories and heartfelt customer testimonials, your work will directly influence our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, trim, and assemble raw footage into compelling narratives.
Implement professional color grading to maintain consistent, premium visual standards.
Develop and integrate motion graphics to elevate our brand identity.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative departments to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a meticulously organized media library and optimize files for diverse social and web platforms.
Brainstorm innovative visual concepts to boost audience engagement.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who combines technical prowess with a creative spark. You should possess:

Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a significant advantage).
A solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and platform-specific export settings.
A keen eye for storytelling and unwavering attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven experience in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio or showreel.
A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
