As our Vice President of Salesforce Product Management, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform indispensable to release managers, developers, and CISOs alike. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flosum's Salesforce native platform, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer centricity.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Translate complex market requirements and user problems into clear, prioritized product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, successful launches, and strong market adoption.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategic decisions.
- Represent Flosum as a thought leader in the Salesforce DevSecOps and security space at industry events, with analysts, and directly with key customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Profound expertise and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem are essential.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching highly successful SaaS products, ideally within the DevSecOps, data management, or security domain.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap that drives significant business impact.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience hiring, developing, and inspiring product managers.
- Strong technical acumen; capable of engaging in detailed discussions with engineering teams and understanding complex architectural considerations.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- A strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
