Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Flosum across DevSecOps, data management, and security.
Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to align product initiatives with market demands.
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers, banking executives, healthcare leaders, and government agencies to understand their workflow challenges.
Lead, mentor, and scale a passionate team of product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Extensive experience in product leadership roles within the enterprise software, SaaS, or Salesforce ecosystem.
Deep familiarity with Salesforce architecture, DevSecOps practices, release management, and compliance standards.
A proven track record of taking complex enterprise products from concept to successful market adoption.
Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and inspiring high-performing remote product teams.
