We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vendor / OEM Specialist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary technical bridge between MTES, our clients, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring seamless execution, safety, and efficiency across our high-stakes projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and technical coordination with OEMs and vendors for Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
- Lead equipment commissioning activities, provide on-site technical assistance, and ensure safe startup procedures.
- Interpret complex OEM manuals, technical drawings, and datasheets to guide project teams.
- Execute advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for industrial equipment and systems.
- Oversee spare parts and tools management to minimize operational downtime.
- Serve as the key interface for clients and vendors, maintaining clear communication and high satisfaction standards.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation, inspection reports, and project updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field).
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven professional experience working with OEMs and vendors within the Oil & Gas or EPC project sectors.
- Core Competencies: Strong background in equipment commissioning, field troubleshooting, and technical support, with an exceptional understanding of OEM documentation and operational procedures.
Mandatory Certifications
- OEM Certification (strongly preferred)
- First Aid & CPR
- H2S Alive
- Permit to Work (PTW)
