Key Responsibilities

Design captivating user interfaces for our web applications, focusing on clarity and ease of use.
Develop comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, turning ideas into tangible user experiences.
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from user testing and internal stakeholders to iterate and refine designs, always striving for improvement.
Ensure a consistent and harmonious design language across all product touchpoints, maintaining our brand's visual integrity.
Engage in regular design reviews, presenting your work and offering constructive critiques to peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

A strong foundational understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Proficiency with modern design tools, specifically Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
An excellent grasp of visual design elements including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Basic knowledge of user research techniques and the ability to create user flows that define clear pathways.
Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions.
