Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading design strategy engagements and delivering impactful UX solutions in complex environments.
A proven ability to act as both a strong consultant and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in user experience design.
Expertise in developing and executing user research methodologies and conducting thorough workflow analyses.
Proficiency in translating research insights into data-informed design proposals and actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successfully partnering with diverse stakeholders.
