Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with health plan clients across the Great Lakes region.
Drive user adoption and platform engagement by demonstrating the full value of PointClickCare solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal product, sales, and support teams to resolve client issues and share feedback.
Leverage advanced artificial intelligence tools to boost your daily productivity, streamline workflows, and make thoughtful decisions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and advocate for client needs internally.

Requirements

Proven experience managing client relationships within the healthcare, health plan, or SaaS technology sectors.
Strong understanding of long-term and post-acute care landscapes is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using modern AI-driven productivity tools and cloud platforms.
