We are searching for a seasoned University Operations Specialist to join us on a fully remote, worldwide contract basis paying between sixty and seventy dollars per hour. You will literally teach AI systems how colleges and universities actually run.

Key Responsibilities

Your deep institutional knowledge will drive cutting-edge tech forward. Here is what your day-to-day will look like:

Construct realistic higher education scenarios for curriculum design, faculty senate reviews, accreditation processes, and enrollment planning.
Build complex academic tasks covering student affairs, research administration, faculty governance, and institutional advancement.
Develop authentic operational scenarios utilizing tools like Workday Student, Canvas, major CRM platforms, and research administration systems such as Cayuse.
Apply established academic frameworks to produce robust institutional plans, accreditation documents, and vital communications for boards and administrators.
Design precise evaluation rubrics that distinguish true higher education judgment from generic academic memorization.

Requirements

To thrive in this unique role, you need genuine insider experience. We are looking for candidates who bring at least five solid years working as university faculty, an academic administrator, or holding a senior operational leadership role within higher education.
