As a Higher Education Expert, you will play a crucial role in building the foundational structures that enable innovative curriculum and institutional planning. This is a fully remote, contract position offering competitive compensation for your specialized skills.

Key Responsibilities

Construct detailed higher education scenarios for curriculum and program design.
Contribute to faculty senate reviews and institutional planning cycles.
Develop specific education tasks across program development, student affairs, and research administration.
Assist in institutional advancement efforts.
Create robust scenarios utilizing industry leading tools such as Banner, Workday Student, Canvas, and Blackboard.
Work with research systems including Cayuse and InfoEd.
Apply established higher education frameworks to produce academic plans and accreditation documents.
Craft board level communications.
Author clear rubrics that distinguish genuine higher education judgment from rote knowledge.

Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in faculty, academic administration, or senior operational roles within higher education.
Demonstrated direct ownership of academic programs, enrollment initiatives, or strategic planning.
