Role Overview
As the Unit Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth trajectory. You will manage the entire sales ecosystem, from initial prospecting and pipeline development to closing major deals and maintaining strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to execute the following core duties:
- Drive Sales & Acquisition: Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and sustain key partnerships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and high-value strategic clients.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead all phases of the sales pipeline, including prospecting, cold outreach, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Product Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy, well-organized sales pipeline using modern CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and execute targeted campaigns.
- Customer Retention & Expansion: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize account value.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence: Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market analysis updates.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support relationship officers and sales support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this high-impact position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or account management.
- Industry Exposure: Prior experience in fintech, enterprise technology, SaaS, banking, or public sector solutions is highly desirable.
