You will take full ownership of the research and design phases for key product areas, working side by side with product managers, developers, and real end users. Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead both qualitative and quantitative UX research across the entire product lifecycle using field studies, direct observation, interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
Establish clear research priorities and methodologies for your specific product areas while handling participant recruitment and moderating sessions with busy clinicians.
Turn deep user insights into compelling, usable interfaces that bridge complex clinical needs with high level business goals.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams from early discovery through successful release to validate assumptions and shape overall product direction.
Elevate the general standard of user experience practice across the wider design and product team.

Requirements

Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end UX research and interface design for complex software products.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate tricky workflows into clean, intuitive, and high quality digital experiences.
Solid experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis, ideally within enterprise, healthcare, or similarly regulated domains.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with remote developers and product managers.
A genuine passion for solving difficult human problems through thoughtful design.
