At ManTech, we are looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Junior AI Application Developer to join our fully remote team. This is your chance to step away from basic chatbots and dive straight into agentic AI and human AI teaming. You will help us support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center by building cutting edge proof of concept applications that turn manual workflows into predictive, autonomous systems. Best of all, this role is completely remote so you can work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for advanced artificial intelligence applications.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate complex algorithmic outputs into clean, user friendly experiences.
Build seamless human AI teaming workflows that make autonomous computing feel natural and accessible.
Test, refine, and iterate on user experience designs based on real world feedback and project requirements.

Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing your UI and UX design capabilities for modern software applications.
