Key Responsibilities

Craft clean, intuitive, and visually stunning user interfaces for our AI driven neobank application focused on the Australian market.
Translate complex financial workflows into simple, delightful, and accessible digital experiences for millions of users.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to iterate on design concepts rapidly.
Maintain and scale our comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all mobile and web platforms.
Conduct design QA during implementation to guarantee the final shipped product matches your high visual standards.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as a UI Designer, preferably working on consumer facing fintech, neobank, or complex mobile applications.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of modern design tools like Figma, strong typography, layout skills, and deep attention to detail.
Solid understanding of user centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design for various screen sizes.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic remote environment where self drive and clear communication matter most.
A genuine passion for financial technology and a desire to help everyday people manage their money smarter.
