Overview

As our Trial Onboarding Specialist, you sit right at the beginning of the customer success pipeline. Your main goal is to demonstrate the incredible value of our augmentative and alternative communication devices while making the entire onboarding process feel effortless. You will untangle insurance benefits, uncover unique communication goals, and prepare users to step into their trial phase with total confidence. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience and build lasting trust.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre-trial journey providing a supportive and personalized experience.
Guide clients through a consultative sales process that uncovers communication goals and recommends the best Lingraphica solution.
Review and communicate insurance benefits accurately so customers understand their coverage options clearly.
Educate users, caregivers, and clinicians on the value of AAC technology and what to expect during the trial experience.
Ensure a seamless transition for every customer moving into the active trial phase of the sales journey.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, customer education, or healthcare navigation.
Familiarity with insurance verification and benefits review processes is a strong plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to show empathy and patience.
A passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with communication challenges.
Reliable high speed internet setup to support a fully remote workflow across global time zones.
