This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office in Costa Rica, India, or virtually anywhere else on the globe. In this role, you will sit at the crossroads of technology and travel operations, gathering requirements and configuring solutions that boost productivity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business solutions by meeting with key operational contacts and evaluating GDS hits or scans.
Create crystal clear requirements and translate them into Jira formats for the development team.
Partner directly with designers and developers to ensure everyone shares the exact same vision.
Schedule and manage project deliverables while actively evaluating timelines, priorities, and risks.
Collaborate seamlessly with multiple BCD Travel departments to hit our collective goals.

Requirements
