The Role
As a Travel Operations Executive, you will serve as the backbone of our travel services. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end travel experience for our corporate and leisure clients, ensuring that every itinerary is curated to perfection.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight reservations, including complex reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
- Design professional travel quotations and comprehensive itineraries.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel services including hotel bookings, airport transfers, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert guidance on visa applications and travel documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, embassies, and industry partners.
- Deliver top-tier customer support, ensuring every issue is resolved promptly and professionally.
Who We Are Looking For
We value expertise and motivation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency or a reputable Travel Management Company.
- Mandatory: Proven proficiency in Amadeus GDS (Experience with Sabre GDS is a significant advantage).
- Deep knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and international travel requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
