Overview

BCD Travel is hiring a dedicated Travel Consultant fluent in German and skilled in the Amadeus GDS platform. You will join an international network supporting clients across Spain, France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. While the role is largely remote, candidates based near Warsaw should expect to work in office about half the month, and those near Kraków or Rzeszów will visit the office at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities

Search and confirm travel reservations for customers efficiently.
Apply a strong understanding of client travel policies to provide smart consultation.
Handle requests regarding essential regulations including passports, visas, and safety guidelines.
Share valuable industry information covering low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.

Requirements

Fluent in German and comfortable communicating effortlessly.
Proficiency in the Amadeus GDS booking system.
A genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
Ability to interpret and apply travel policies accurately.
Residence in eligible countries with willingness to meet regional hybrid office guidelines if applicable.
