Overview
As a Translation Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all translation projects within our MED PLANET division, a crucial part of M3 Inc. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion. This role is vital in facilitating clear and effective communication across global healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks that keep our translation efforts running smoothly. These include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle for translation requests, coordinating all necessary steps.
- Selecting and onboarding external linguists and vendors, building strong working relationships.
- Overseeing project budgets and timelines, making sure they align with client expectations.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards are met for all translated materials.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, communicating updates clearly.
- Utilizing translation memory and terminology management tools effectively to maintain consistency.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues that might impact project delivery.
- Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives within the translation department.
Requirements
