Key Responsibilities

Execute simulated contract negotiations and precise redlining exercises
Review and assess how AI models respond to complex contract scenarios
Provide expert feedback to drastically improve model performance and output precision
Build objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess contract tasks with rigorous consistency
Partner closely with product and research teams to refine training data and legal guidelines

Requirements

Extensive background as an in-house transactional attorney with a strong focus on the technology sector
Mastery in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining complex agreements
A sharp eye for risk assessment and contract interpretation
Comfortable working in a part-time remote contractor capacity
Global availability since this is a worldwide remote opportunity
