Overview

As our new Training Solutions Specialist focusing on sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding our training portfolio across the Americas. Utilizing your sales expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will drive revenue growth within existing client accounts while actively identifying and developing fresh business opportunities. This is primarily a telephony-based sales position designed to maximize profitability through smart lead follow-up, strategic prospecting, and the enthusiastic promotion of our world-class products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Propose and close contracts to achieve strong revenue growth, solid profitability, and high client satisfaction.
Effectively articulate and position our products and services to key departmental decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.
Identify, articulate, and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that align perfectly with specific client requirements.
Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients while building strong, lasting sales relationships.

Requirements
