This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will act as a trusted advisor to global clients. You will step onto client engagements to design and deliver capability building programmes that actually move the needle for leaders and organizations. Key Responsibilities

Design customized training programmes that align directly with specific organizational goals and capability needs.
Develop robust content, materials, and learning pathways covering leadership, managerial, and foundational workforce skills.
Incorporate modern learning methodologies, principles of behavioral science, and practical real world application into every module.
Deliver high impact workshops, interactive training sessions, and immersive learning experiences for professionals at all levels.
Facilitate dynamic group discussions that encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and lasting behavioral change.

Requirements

Demonstrated professional background in training facilitation, instructional design, or organizational development.
Proven ability to act as a credible advisor to stakeholders and business leaders across diverse industries.
