Our dedicated Binance VIP & Institutional team provides bespoke digital asset solutions to a diverse client base. This includes individual VIP traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) firms, proprietary trading desks, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, and various corporate and fintech partners. As a fully remote, global organization, this role offers you the flexibility to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the world, specifically focusing on our critical APAC clientele.

Key Responsibilities

In this vital position, your day-to-day will involve crucial tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our elite clients. These responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional, high-touch support to Binance's VIP and institutional clients, addressing their trading inquiries and technical challenges with precision and speed.
Acting as a primary point of contact for complex trading issues, order execution queries, API integrations, and general platform functionality.
Proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential trading bottlenecks or system issues, collaborating closely with internal teams like product, engineering, and operations to deliver swift resolutions.
Educating clients on Binance's diverse product offerings, trading strategies, and market best practices.
Monitoring market developments and client activity within the APAC region to anticipate needs and provide relevant insights.
Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and resolutions to contribute to continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.
Collaborating with account managers to enhance the overall client experience and deepen relationships with our key partners.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in financial services and a genuine passion for digital assets. Our ideal Trading Support Specialist will possess:

At least 3+ years of experience in a trading support, client services, or operations role within financial markets, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency or traditional capital markets for institutional clients.
A deep understanding of trading platforms, order types (limit, market, stop-limit), market microstructure, and real-time market data.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail, especially under pressure.
Familiarity with API trading, FIX protocol, and other institutional trading technologies is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in English; additional fluency in an APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is highly beneficial.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, various cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset landscape.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
