We are seeking an experienced operator to lead the day-to-day management of live tokenized asset funds on our platform. You will serve as the operational backbone for these institutional investment products, ensuring seamless and efficient flows between traditional finance and DeFi. This role is absolutely central to building out a next-generation onchain asset management platform, demanding both traditional financial rigor and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes. You will also collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to continuously optimize and develop the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily fund flows with precision and efficiency.
Coordinate stablecoin settlements across various platforms.
Oversee the issuance of tokenized shares, utilizing standards like ERC-4626 and ERC-7540.
Manage complex smart contract interactions securely and effectively.
Operate Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallet workflows, including defining transaction policies and managing whitelists.
Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering to identify and implement platform improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience as an operator in traditional finance, particularly with fund administration, settlements, or asset management.
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and smart contracts.
Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with or a strong interest in MPC wallets and onchain security practices.
A proactive mindset, comfortable with integrating automation and agentic processes into daily operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving technological environment.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills, vital for working across internal teams and external partners.
