This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will take the reins of our newest and most exciting revenue channel. You will not just be posting pretty videos or managing vanity metrics. Instead, you will build a powerhouse performance engine from scratch, working closely with the founders to scale creator partnerships that drive actual sales.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and scale our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program by handling creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and commission structures.
Execute high-volume creator outreach, gifting campaigns, and partnership negotiations to expand our network.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of high-converting user-generated content that doubles as winning material for paid advertising.
Optimize campaign execution and track performance data daily to continuously scale gross merchandise value.

Requirements

Proven track record of scaling TikTok Shop as a true performance and revenue channel rather than a basic social media playground.
Deep familiarity with affiliate recruitment, creator relationship management, and commission tiers.
Strong understanding of what makes short-form video content convert into actual purchases.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a global, remote team.
