Key Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy and Technical Support: You'll provide essential tier 2 and tier 3 support, guiding our customers through complex technical challenges and ensuring their protection remains seamless.
Collaborative Threat Research: Join our dynamic threat research team, working alongside seasoned threat researchers and data scientists. Your insights will be vital in continually challenging and enhancing our detection engine.
Deep Data Analysis and Malicious Traffic Identification: Dive into vast datasets of web traffic, analyzing billions of documents to pinpoint, understand, and effectively block malicious activities before they cause harm.
Continuous Improvement and Contribution: Actively contribute to our threat intelligence, developing new detection strategies, refining existing ones, and potentially building tools or processes that strengthen our defenses.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cybersecurity role, ideally involving threat analysis, incident response, or security operations center (SOC) functions.
A strong understanding of web technologies, network protocols (HTTP/S), and common attack vectors against websites, applications, and APIs.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of complex data to identify patterns and anomalies.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, potentially including SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and providing clear, actionable support to customers.
