- Salary Range: $100,000 $150,000 Annually
- Experience Required: 6+ years in a relevant role

Key Responsibilities
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in elevating our software quality. Your day to day will involve a variety of engaging tasks:
- Design, build, and continuously refine advanced test automation frameworks.
- Write clean, production quality test code to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, embedding quality engineering practices throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for new features and functionalities.
- Implement automated tests across various layers, including UI, API, and database.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for identified defects and work towards permanent solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and automation across the engineering organization.
- Stay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, integrating them where beneficial.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional with:
- A minimum of 6 years of hands on experience in test automation, quality engineering, or an SDET role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Deep understanding and practical experience with testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Familiarity with various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross functional teams.
