As our Remote Territory Manager, you will be a critical part of our success, responsible for fostering strong partnerships and maximizing sales growth for Hill's products within your designated Marietta, GA territory. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity allows you to manage your accounts and strategic initiatives from your home base, collaborating with a global team dedicated to pet health.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, including veterinary clinics, pet specialty stores, and distributors within the Marietta, GA region.
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets and business objectives.
Introduce new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to clients, ensuring thorough understanding and adoption.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners, identifying opportunities for growth and providing valuable insights.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform territory strategy and identify new business opportunities.
Provide comprehensive product education and training to client staff, enhancing their ability to recommend Hill's products confidently.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including sales reporting, expense management, and CRM updates.

Requirements

At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or territory management, ideally within the pet food, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting professional relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
A genuine passion for pets and an understanding of the pet care market is a significant plus.
Ability to travel occasionally within the Marietta, GA territory as needed for client visits and business development.
